How much is delivery?

We offer free standard UK mainland delivery for orders over £100

It's £3.50 if your subtotal is less than £100- or you can upgrade to Express Delivery (£5) if you would like to receive it slightly faster.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to fulfil orders within three working days. Watch out for your confirmation email, which will come from Hello@BarklifeBoutique.com.

What if the item I'm buying doesn't fit my dog?

You have 14 days to let us know (by email), then another 14 to return or exchange your item (whatever the reason).

We strongly recommend checking your dog's measurements before placing an order so they can start wearing/using and enjoying the item as soon as it arrives - and to avoid the inconvenience of having to return it! Read how to measure your dog here.
