Returns & Refunds

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help. 

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, then another 14 days to send it back to us.

To start a return, please contact us and we'll confirm where to send your package. As we do not cover the cost of returns, customers can return items via the delivery method of their choice.

Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted, so please drop us a quick email first so we can be ready to receive.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original protective packaging. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if your refund has been approved. You’ll then be automatically refunded for the cost of the item(s) via your original payment method. Please remember it can sometimes take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note: We strongly recommend checking your dog's measurements before placing an order so they can start wearing/using and enjoying the item as soon as it arrives - and to avoid the inconvenience and cost of having to return it to us.

Exchanges

If you love what you've ordered but need a different size, the fastest way to exchange your item is to request a return for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the item you'd like.

We could also send an alternative item when we receive your return, if preferred. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
